You need to be committed and motivated in order to achieve your desired results. This means that you need to work with me both in the session and carry out agreed activities between treatments in order to gain the most benefit. This includes listening to audio downloads as advised. Please note results may vary from person to person.
All bookings and payments to be made online:
You commit to participating in the appointments that we make because:
a) Your attendance at the appointment is part of your commitment to your ongoing treatment.
b) If you do not cancel with reasonable notice, then you will have prevented someone else from booking that slot. It is easy to rearrange your appointment online – just click into your existing appointment and edit it.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation via telephone, text or email. If an appointment is cancelled on the day, we reserve the right to bill you for 50% of the full charge.
If you are going delayed in logging on, or arriving late, please let us know as soon as possible via text. We will do our best to make your full session available, but this often depends on the appointments following your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to this, the full charge still applies.
In order to ensure continued best practice, therapists undertake regular clinical supervision of their work with clients. During supervision it may be necessary to review your treatment, but any reference to you personally would be removed and you would be referred to by a number only. Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence, unless you divulge that you intend to seriously harm yourself or others, or safeguarding issues come to light relating to children or vulnerable adults. Before you commence treatment, you will be asked to read and agree to our full Terms and Conditions.
