Commitment

You need to be committed and motivated in order to achieve your desired results. This means that you need to work with me both in the session and between treatments in order to gain the most benefit.

 

Payment

Payment should be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal, (using PayPal on the website www.baywellbeing.co.uk), at the time of booking an online session.  If payment has not been received 24 hours in advance, the session will not go ahead.   If you are attending in person, payment may be made by the same methods, or by card or cash at the start of your appointment.  Sorry – cheques are not accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

You commit to participating in the appointments that we make because:

 

a) Your attendance at the appointment is part of your commitment to your ongoing treatment.

 

b) If you do not cancel with reasonable notice, then you will have prevented someone else from booking that slot.

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation via telephone, text or email. If an appointment is cancelled on the day, we reserve the right to bill you for 50% of the full charge.

 

Arriving Late for an Appointment

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make your full session available, but this often depends on the appointments following your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival, then the session fee remains payable in full.

 

Confidentiality

In order to ensure continued best practice, therapists undertake regular clinical supervision of their work with clients. During supervision it may be necessary to review your treatment, but any reference to you personally would be removed and you would be referred to by a number only. Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence, unless you divulge that you intend to seriously harm yourself or others, or safeguarding issues come to light relating to children or vulnerable adults.
