Grieving is a process of learning to adapt to the new situation.

There’s an empty space where before there was a person who was part of your life and it is both sad and difficult adjusting to this change. While you’re going through the pain, it’s difficult to believe that you’ll ever enjoy life again. During this journey you’ll experience a variety of changing emotions, such as guilt, anger and depression. The strength of these emotions and the speed at which they change may make you feel helpless and confused.

At this time, you may feel aimless and unable to concentrate or sleep. You may not even feel like eating. These symptoms can often be worse if your relationship with the person you have lost was a difficult one that caused mixed emotions of both love and resentment – the feelings of guilt may become overwhelming.

It is very important that you have someone to talk to so that you don’t ‘bottle things up’. It is quite normal to want to go over things many times in order to come to terms with them. During this period, it can be difficult to even think of yourself and how your are going to move forward in your own life.

Let’s make some positive changes…

Solutions Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy can effectively help with these issues and many more.  It can also help you to understand:

  • how your brain reacts
  • why you may feel the way you do
  • what you can do about it

People often think of hypnotherapy as something weird and mystical that is ‘done to them’.  Whereas, although it’s powerful,  trance is something you do regularly, when you daydream watching TV, or when you drive somewhere and don’t remember how you got there.  During sessions you remain completely in control and there is nothing to be worried about at all!  Why not book a consultation call with me now to find out more?
