Hello, I’m Sara – a Trauma and Anxiety Specialist based in the UK, and a firm believer that even in the darkest moments, there’s always a spark of light waiting to be found.

 

Like many people, I’ve faced my own struggles – as a teenager and beyond – and those experiences shaped my passion for helping others heal from what they’ve been through and reconnect with their potential. Much of my work now focuses on online trauma therapy, supporting people who carry the effects of past experiences even when life looks ‘fine’ on the surface.

 

Over the years, I’ve supported people in many ways – from one-to-one therapy sessions to leading national projects – but what I love most is working directly with individuals, helping them find calm, confidence, and a belief that they can cope with whatever life sends their way.

I’m an experienced UK-based Trauma and Anxiety Specialist for clients who want lasting change without endless analysis of the past. My approach blends intuition, science and experience — drawing together a range of evidence-based methods to suit each individual.

 

With a foundation in health and welfare, I’ve spent my career exploring what helps people feel stronger and more resourceful, even during difficult times. I’ve trained in counselling, coaching, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, and found that Solution Focused Therapy brings everything together beautifully — it’s practical, compassionate and designed to help you move forward.

Who I work with …

 

 

I work with people who appear to have it all together on the outside but often feel exhausted, stuck, or overwhelmed inside. Many are intelligent overthinkers, professionals or business owners carrying unresolved trauma or stress that shows up as anxiety, burnout or relationship struggles.

 

I also work with men who are reluctant to seek therapy — often high-functioning but struggling with confidence, emotional overwhelm, or difficult relationship patterns.

My training spans counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and hypnotherapy, with a particular focus on Solution Focused approaches. I’m a member of respected professional organisations including the CNHC, NCH and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), and I’m listed on the UK Government’s Professional Standards Register — ensuring you receive safe, ethical and high-quality support.

 

I continue to update my skills and knowledge through supervision, professional development and research into the latest findings in neuroscience, trauma and wellbeing — so the support I offer is both grounded in evidence and responsive to each client’s individual needs.
